What should a bug report include?
A few details let us reproduce the problem on our side without ever seeing your document:
- Which tool you used, for example Compress PDF or Merge PDF, and the options you picked.
- Browser and version, such as Chrome 129, Safari 18 or Firefox 131.
- Device and system, for example iPhone 13 on iOS 18 or a Windows 11 laptop.
- File size and page count, and whether it is a scan, a photo or a document exported from a word processor.
- What you expected and what happened instead, with the exact wording of any error message.
- A screenshot of the page, if it helps.
Do you need my file?
No. All tools run in your browser, so we never receive your files and you do not need to send them. Please do not attach confidential documents to an email.
If a problem only happens with one particular file, try to reproduce it with a harmless sample, such as a blank page saved the same way, and send that instead. Our privacy policy explains how we handle email.
